Overview:
  • A Ball Swivel Lead-In Hose helps eliminate stress and wear points caused by bending and pulling. Additionally, when used between the air tool and coupler, a lead-in hose will extend the life of the coupler by acting as a shock absorber and protecting the coupler against tool vibration. It also provides an easier and wider range of motion, reducing worker fatigue while increasing productivity. The end result is a safer and more economical hose assembly. Fittings are male ball swivel and female rigid.
  • FLEXEEL: Flexeel Lead-Ins are composed of lightweight, reinforced polyurethane hose. These lead-ins are designed to isolate high-vibration tools such as impact guns and air hammers from couplers. The reinforced polyurethane composition withstands oils, abrasion, and kinking.
  • Neoprene: Neoprene Lead-Ins are constructed of oil-resistant neoprene rubber hose. Installing a lead-in will isolate high-vibration tools such as impact guns and air hammers from couplers, extending their life.
  • Red Rubber: Rubber Lead-Ins are constructed of EPDM rubber hose. Installing a lead-in will isolate high-vibration tools such as impact guns and air hammers from couplers, extending their life.
  • Thermoplastic: Thermoplastic Lead-Ins are composed of reinforced PVC. Installing a lead-in will isolate high-vibration tools such as impact guns and air hammers from couplers, extending their life. Thermoplastic PVC provides increased working pressure and oil resistance.
